A collective of ideas, resources, and support - built by one, for many.
Therapy for the Loops in Your Mind and the Bigger Questions Underneath Them
Because life doesn’t come with an instruction manual - but I’ve got you.
Hiya! I’m Aoife, a licensed therapist specializing in OCD, anxiety, trauma and grief. I treat OCD across nearly all of its forms using ERP — the gold-standard, most researched treatment for OCD — alongside CBT and EMDR when trauma is part of your story. I also work as a death doula, supporting people and families through end-of-life planning, grief, and the questions that come with facing mortality. These two parts of my practice share one belief: you don't need to be fixed. You need real tools, real honesty, and someone who isn't afraid to go where it's hard.
This is more than just a business - it’s also a collective of support and resources designed to help you find purpose, peace, and direction in a chaotic world. Think of me as your trusted partner in embracing life’s messiness while finding your own unique path forward.
I welcome LGBTQIA+ folks, neurodivergent folks (autistic, ADHD, and other neurotypes), and anyone navigating grief or death in ways that don't fit mainstream expectations. You don't have to translate yourself for me here.
Services at a Glance
Obsessive Compulsive Disorder Therapy
OCD is one of the most misunderstood conditions in mental health. I specialize in treating OCD across its many forms, using ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention), the most effective evidence-based approach available. This is structured, active treatment — not just talk therapy — built to help you get your life back from the loop.
Anxiety & Trauma Therapy
Anxiety and trauma don't follow a script, so treatment shouldn't either. I draw on DBT, CBT and EMDR to help you process what's happened and build real tools for what's ahead — at a pace that respects your nervous system.
Death Doula / End-of-Life Care
Facing mortality — your own or a loved one's — is one of the most disorienting experiences a person can go through. As a death doula, I provide non-medical, compassionate support through:
Advance Care & End-of-Life Planning — making decisions clear before they're urgent.
Compassionate Companionship & Conversation — someone present for the hard conversations.
Legacy Projects — helping capture what matters before it's gone.
Caregiver & Bereavement Support — support for the people holding everyone else together.
This work isn't separate from my therapy practice — it's what deepened my understanding of grief, meaning, and what people actually need when life gets existential. That perspective shows up in how I treat anxiety, OCD, and trauma too.
